No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our software and licensing model, all license purchases are final. Once a license certificate has been issued and delivered to the client, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all license types:

Standard License (annual access)

Premium License (lifetime internal-use ownership)

Enterprise License (lifetime commercial ownership)

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Each license issued:

Grants immediate access to our intellectual property

Is generated uniquely for the client

Transfers specific legal and usage rights

Cannot be revoked or resold by us once issued

For these reasons, refunds are not feasible once a license has been delivered.
