Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ITRIS Software License. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our CRM platform licensing services. By engaging with our services or purchasing a license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Structure
We offer three types of CRM licenses:

Standard License: Annual access with no ownership

Premium License: Lifetime access with internal-use ownership:

Premium License Key Restriction:

The Premium License includes only one (1) dedicated license key, which is strictly tied to the brand it is purchased for.
It cannot be reused, transferred, or applied to any other brand, sub-brand, or domain. Key regeneration or expansion under this license is not permitted.

Enterprise License: Lifetime access with full ownership, including commercial and reseller rights:

Enterprise License Key Allocation:

With every Enterprise License, clients are entitled to two (2) dedicated license keys, each assigned to a distinct brand or domain, along with unlimited subdomain support for each. Any request for an additional dedicated license key under the same Enterprise plan will incur a supplementary charge of $6,000, which is 50% of the standard Enterprise License price of $12,000.

Each license includes access to our core CRM system and features, as outlined on our website. Specific rights and limitations vary by license type.

2. License Purchase Process
To ensure a smooth and secure process, the following steps apply to all license purchases:

License Selection
You must first confirm your preferred license type (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).

Agreement Issuance
Once you confirm the license, we will send a formal License Agreement for review and signature. This document outlines the terms, usage rights, and limitations specific to your selected license.

Invoice and Payment
After signing the agreement, an official invoice will be issued. Payment must be completed in full before license activation.

License Certificate
Upon receiving payment, we will issue your official License Certificate. This document confirms your rights to use, customise, or resell the software based on your license level.

Note: No license is active, and no usage rights are granted until payment has been received and the License Certificate is officially issued.

3. Ownership and Usage
Standard License holders do not own the software and must renew annually to maintain access.

Premium License holders own the CRM for internal use only and may not resell or sublicense. License usage is limited to the single brand for which it was purchased.

Enterprise License holders have full ownership rights, including the ability to white-label, resell, and distribute the CRM under their own brand or across approved domains.

Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, or redistribution under the Standard or Premium license is strictly prohibited.

4. Support and Maintenance
Support terms may vary based on the license type:

Basic setup support is included in all licenses

Extended technical and commercial support is available for Enterprise clients

Any additional feature development or requests will require a separate agreement

5. Intellectual Property
All core software code, infrastructure, and system architecture remain the intellectual property of ITRIS Software License. License holders are granted limited usage rights based on their selected license and do not acquire any ownership beyond those explicitly defined in the signed agreement.

6. Modifications
ITRIS Software License reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
